We are excited to open up public registration for our formal Beta acceptance programme. Registration is ongoing.
The goal of the Beta programme is to stabilise the APIs and deployment guidelines. This will enable us to provide our open source users and enterprise customers with stronger guarantees for our existing production support services.
There are two broad streams within the programme: Nominated Organisations and Public Participants.
We are looking for organisations - who are either already using Crux or are actively considering using Crux - to exchange details of their usage patterns, non-functional requirements and roadmap priorities.
Your participation and time will reciprocated by JUXT to help analyse your use-cases and make recommendations. This will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
All types of organisations are welcome. The Beta programme is also a convenient way to partner with JUXT more generally as we look to expand the reach and adoption of Crux.
We are looking for non-organisation users to provide structured feedback on Crux above and beyond participation in the existing community channels (i.e. GitHub issues, Slack, Zulip). To maximise the value of your efforts we are offering free priority support access to all active participants for up to 12 months following the end of the Beta.
We require a routine commitment of your time over the duration, to be spent discussing issues, testing features and experimenting with your use-cases. Please make sure your organisation is able to commit at least 2 hours per week to the programme. By the end of the Beta period, we aim to have completed a comprehensive review of:
Your feedback and approval will be essential to our commitment to push ahead with Release Candidates and subsequent General Availability. The Beta programme will terminate no later than 29th May 2020.
We will use a support ticketing system to track and triage your issues.
All participants get 3 hours of free 1-on-1 architectural/modelling advice during the period. We can use this time to help you plan prototypes.
Please email crux@juxt.pro, and briefly describe which Crux features, APIs and deployment options you are most likely to make use of.
JUXT can assist with delivery and deployments of Crux for all users across all platforms. Our standard package includes a blend of services over a 3 month duration to assist with project inception, prototyping and production delivery. 2 days of virtual instructor-led training is also included.
